A name or location entered in a search tool is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its response. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.

An email sent to us may be retained for the purpose of responding. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Our servers automatically receive basic technical details when a page loads:

No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not maintain, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. The published material identifies where Daggett County records may be requested from the Sheriff, Utah Courts, the Utah Department of Public Safety Bureau of Criminal Identification, and the Utah Sex, Kidnap, and Child Abuse Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not turned into a consumer report or a file about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention rules, and disclosure practices govern information submitted to those tools. We cannot control those choices, so review the provider's policy before entering a query.
